I despise fad diets for weight loss! Not only are they restrictive and unsustainable, they make the “dieter” feel worse about themselves after the fact – often like a failure! In my 17 years of weight loss coaching experience, I have worked with busy women to stop them from slipping into to unrealistic expectations of fad dieting for weight loss and to embrace more positive, uplifting and empowering way of losing weight. I have been there. After gaining weight through University I thought the only way to lose weight was to over exercise, cut carbs and cut my other favouirite foods. I was miserable and in a regular cycle of being “good” but then falling off - hard. My weight didn’t move and in fact, I gained a little more. I was fed up! That was when I embraced a new, fresh and uplifting way of losing weight through habit, behavior and mindset change. The best thing I ever did for myself was to get out of that confidence squishing cycle of dieting and move to something that inspired and empowered me. And so now I am so passionate about helping women through this life changing mind and body transformation. My coaching programs help you to break out of that negative cycle and to help you live the happiest, healthiest version of yourself.
